Our Design and QA team has strong application knowledge in Process Manufacturing, Railways, Heavy Equipment , HVAC, and OEM’s. This has allowed us to constantly release new products with compliance of ABSA, ISO, IRRS,TSSA, IR Institutions worldwide.
We are able to do this because of In House facilities for Burst Pressure, Proof and Type Test of up to 60,000 psi along with 4 axis VMC, Plasma Cutting Machines and two lines of Robotic Welding plus CNC’s and an array of support machines.
Spread over a sprawling area of more than 25,000 Sq. mts(270,000 sq.feet ) our state-of-the-art facility has a wide range of three and Four Axis VMC, CNC and Plasma Cutting and Robotic arm welding Machines , to facilitate all sorts of manufacturing and fabrication Process for Flow Valves, Manifolds, Fluid Connectors, Temp OEM Products , FRP/GRP and much more. The huge facility is further functionally divided into dedicated areas to enable individual processes involved in the manufacturing of the product.
